The Ask
I partnered with the Creative Team to develop the vision and direction for ZoomInfo's Copilot identity, ensuring it integrated seamlessly into our refreshed brand while maintaining a distinct, ownable presence. What began as a small product enhancement quickly became a company-wide priority, so I collaborated closely with product, marketing, and leadership to build a strategic, scalable identity that reflected Copilot's role as the company's flagship AI-driven product. This included extensive research into AI branding trends, competitive positioning, and user expectations to ground our creative direction in clarity, trust, and innovation.
Under tight deadlines, our team executed a comprehensive suite of assets to support every stage of Copilot's launch — new design guidelines, design system expansions, landing pages, 10+ storyboarded and animated videos, welcome flow emails, pricing sheets, and event experiences. By combining research-driven design thinking with strong cross-functional collaboration, I ensured Copilot's identity not only fit within ZoomInfo's evolving brand but elevated its perception as a leader in AI-powered solutions.
Brand Guidelines
In close partnership with the Product Design team — who was simultaneously building the feature — I co-developed a comprehensive visual brand system for ZoomInfo Copilot marketing materials. As a senior designer, I played a large role in ensuring the marketing brand language and product UI developed in sync rather than in silos.
The scope of the system was substantial: logo usage standards, a defined color system, associated iconography, messaging guidelines, and misusage documentation to protect brand consistency at scale. Managing that breadth — while staying tightly coordinated with a parallel product team — required me to think systemically, anticipate how each brand decision would ripple across both marketing and product contexts, and ensure nothing fell through the cracks as the feature evolved in real time.

The Website
Worked cross-functionally with the UX/UI team to produce designs within the ZoomInfo Copilot product page, with the goal of articulating key value propositions, leveraging social proof, and generating demos. Highlights include a dynamically embedded demo video and Lottie animations that preview the product's core capabilities.
