For Advanced Manufacturing Group, a global footwear design and manufacturing partner to some of the world's most recognizable retail brands, I led the creation of a full brand identity system and style guidelines from strategy through execution. Starting with no established visual language, the challenge was to build a brand that could stand alongside the premium labels AMG serves — one that communicated decades of manufacturing expertise while reflecting the company's forward-thinking mindset.
The process began with brand strategy — defining AMG's positioning, voice, and core identity pillars before a single visual decision was made. From there, I developed a complete visual identity system encompassing color, typography, logo usage, and design principles, ensuring every element worked together to express a consistent and confident brand character.
The final deliverable was a comprehensive style guidelines document built to function as a single source of truth for internal teams and external partners alike. Every rule and recommendation was designed not just to define the brand, but to make it executable — giving anyone who touches the brand the clarity and confidence to apply it correctly, without a designer in the room.
